Understanding what underlies your feelings and thoughts can unlock potential and inspire actions, but sometimes understanding is not enough. Focusing on how to move forward is, for many people, a more productive use of the time and money they will spend with an individual therapist.

We are directive and engaged with you.

We will work together to develop strategies and solutions for dealing with what concerns you. Whether it's work-related problems, depression and anxiety, substance abuse or relationship concerns we hope to be able to help.
